Supports customers with travel reservations and complex issues, negotiates resolutions with providers, and assists and coaches other Travel Advisors to deliver accurate service.
What you'll do
- Resolve travel booking, loyalty-point, redemption, policy, and customer issues through research, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to negotiate timely, cost-conscious resolutions.
- Assist and coach Travel Advisors, monitor errors and escalations, and maintain tracking information.
