Supports customers with travel reservations and complex issues, negotiates resolutions with providers, and assists and coaches other Travel Advisors.
What you'll do
- Resolve travel arrangement issues through research, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
- Maintain knowledge of client programs and booking tools, and negotiate resolutions involving loyalty points, redemptions, exceptions, and fee waivers.
- Assist and coach Travel Advisors, manage errors and escalations, and maintain tracking information.
