Serves as a travel service specialist, resolving complex reservation issues, negotiating with providers, and supporting and coaching other Travel Advisors.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer travel inquiries and issues through research, root-cause problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Negotiate resolutions with vendors and customers, including issues involving loyalty points, redemptions, exceptions, and fee waivers.
- Assist and coach Travel Advisors, monitor errors and escalations, and maintain tracking information.
