What you'll do
- Shape the strategy and roadmap for data-platform capabilities, and design reusable services and frameworks for data onboarding, curation, and consumption.
- Lead complex initiatives from discovery and architecture through production rollout; establish engineering standards and drive operational excellence.
- Partner with security, risk, controls, product, and business teams; mentor engineers and communicate technical trade-offs and outcomes.
