Sr Lead Software Engineer - Engineering Services & Platforms

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, API, database, and AI integration work; build and maintain mission-critical platforms.
• Modernize SDLC controls, automating risk detection and remediation and embedding compliance, governance, and auditable evidence into developer workflows.
• Drive responsible adoption of approved AI-assisted engineering tools and reusable practices, with measurable validation for security, quality, and performance.

What they ask for

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on full-stack experience with Java and React or Angular, Spring/Spring Boot microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Kafka or restAPI Messaging Services, CI/CD and automation, and production-scale cloud-native AWS solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development and coaching on responsible, secure usage; ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Docker container skills.
• Experience in Banking and/or Payments.
