Leads technology risk and controls for Employee Platforms / Workforce and Experience Technology, helping identify and mitigate risks, improve control effectiveness, and report risk posture to stakeholders and senior management.
What you'll do
- Identify, assess, communicate, and manage technology risks, including root-cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships and provide guidance to technology process owners on controls and compliance.
- Govern and report on controls, policies, issues, and measurements; monitor control effectiveness and recommend improvements.

USD $147,250.00-$200,000.00 base salary
