Tech Risk and Controls Lead - Digital Platforms

What you'll do

• Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate technology risks, including root-cause analysis and recommendations.
• Govern and report on controls, policies, issues, and control effectiveness; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI to support risk evidence synthesis, reporting, control testing, and issue management, with human review and attention to security and auditability.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, information security, or a related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in data security, risk assessment and reporting, control evaluation, design, and governance, with a record of implementing risk mitigations.
• Experience influencing executive-level decisions and using and validating enterprise-authorized AI for technology risk and controls workflows.

Nice to have

• CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar industry-recognized risk certification.

AI focus

Uses enterprise-authorized AI to synthesize risk and control evidence, draft executive-ready reporting, and streamline recurring control testing and issue/action-plan management. Requires validation, human review, and attention to data sensitivity, security, auditability, and regulatory expectations.
