Tech Risk and Controls Lead — Tech Resiliency Testing

What you'll do

• Own resiliency test events from scoping and scheduling through execution, analysis, corrective actions, and closure.
• Lead live testing and coordinate stakeholders; report resiliency risks, compliance, controls, and issues to senior management.
• Apply and promote responsible AI use to analyze evidence and test data, automate recurring work, and improve documentation and reporting.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field, focused on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Experience planning and coordinating datacenter or cloud resilience, disaster recovery, or technology power-down events; working fluency in failover and failback, RTO, RPO, HA, and DR.
• Hands-on experience with AWS products and services used for resilience, backup, replication, and multi-region recovery.
• BS/BA degree in a related technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience and knowledge of technology resiliency regulations and Control Objectives and Procedures.
• Track record of measurable efficiency gains through AI and automation, such as prompt engineering, AI agents, or workflow orchestration.
