Tech Risk and Controls - Mainframe & Midrange Technology

What you'll do

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risks; analyze root causes and recommend resolutions.
• Govern and report on controls, policies, issues, and measurements, and recommend improvements to control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Use authorized AI to assist with risk evidence synthesis, reporting, control testing, and issue management, validating outputs and following security and auditability requirements.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field, focused on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in data security, risk assessment and reporting, control evaluation, design, and governance, with a record of implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI for technology risk and controls workflows, validating AI-assisted outputs and translating technology insights for executive decision-making.

Nice to have

• CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar industry-recognized risk certification.

Uses authorized AI to synthesize risk and control evidence, draft executive reporting, and streamline control testing and issue/action-plan management, with human validation and attention to data sensitivity, security, auditability, and regulatory expectations.
