Technical Project Manager - Risk, Controls, and Resiliency

What you'll do

• Plan and drive concurrent technology projects, managing scope, milestones, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Track delivery and operational risks and metrics, surface issues, and coordinate corrective actions with partner teams.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI to support project planning, risk synthesis, governance artifacts, and reporting, with human review and appropriate data handling.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program or project management leading complex technology projects.
• Experience leading projects through the full lifecycle, managing stakeholders, and influencing decision makers.
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and delivery roadblocks, and maintaining project plans.
• Technical fluency with tools such as M365, Jira, Confluence, Verum, and ServiceNow; experience in Technology or software engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational risk controls or resiliency initiatives.
• Financial services experience or experience partnering with global teams.

Jersey City,NJ $114,000.00-$155,000.00 USD base salary
