Technology Risk and Controls Lead - Business Aligned Specialized Solutions

What you'll do

• Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate technology risks, including root cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Govern and report on controls, policies, issues, and control effectiveness; monitor gaps and recommend enhancements.
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders, using AI-assisted workflows to synthesize evidence and streamline recurring controls work with human review.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, information security, or a related field.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in data security, risk assessment and reporting, and control evaluation, design, and governance; proven risk mitigation experience.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI for technology risk and controls workflows, validating outputs and accounting for data sensitivity.

Nice to have

• CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar industry-recognized risk certification.

AI focus

Uses enterprise-authorized AI to synthesize risk and control evidence, draft executive-ready reporting, and streamline control testing and issue/action-plan management. Requires human validation, data-sensitivity awareness, and alignment with security, auditability, and regulatory expectations.
