Leads Asset Servicing operations for corporate actions and income events, overseeing daily processing, controls, client service, team development, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage the lifecycle workflow for corporate action and income products and control the team’s daily operations.
- Ensure processing, controls, client inquiries, cash and stock breaks, and required metrics are completed and signed off.
- Lead and develop the team through resource planning, training, succession planning, communications, and process improvement.
