About the job
Serves as the primary service contact for U.S. Private Bank clients, handling requests and transactions while coordinating with advisors, product partners, and operations teams.
What you'll do
- Execute client requests, inquiries, and transactions, including money movement, security transfers, loan transactions, and escalated research.
- Follow firm controls and FINRA regulations and help protect client assets from potential fraud.
- Coordinate client transactions with internal teams and identify potential opportunities for clients to use additional products and services.
