Serves as the primary contact for U.S. Private Bank clients, handling service needs and coordinating transactions across teams.
What you'll do
- Handle client requests, inquiries, transactions, and escalated research, including money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions.
- Follow firm controls, procedures, and FINRA regulations, and help protect client assets from potential fraud.
- Coordinate with client-facing teams and internal groups on transactions and identify potential opportunities for additional products and services.
