About the job
Provides daily investment and brokerage support to U.S. Private Bank Investors and helps manage client relationships, trades, account activity, and operational workflows.
What you'll do
- Advise on and execute brokerage trades, review trade records, process cancel/corrects, and update accounts.
- Create discretionary account mandates and monitor exceptions and team risk metrics, including scenario analysis with Client Advisors.
- Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing; manage Alternatives documents and work with clients to complete or correct them.
