- Manage the operating model and prioritize technology platform enhancements for the U.S. and Canada ETF businesses.
- Support portfolio managers on ETF-specific processes and lead projects involving business initiatives, regulatory changes, and market structure.
- Maintain creation/redemption policies and procedures, oversee regulatory and listing compliance, and produce quarterly management and board reports.
