Leads product strategy and the end-to-end lifecycle for payment validation services in Payments Trust & Safety, from customer discovery and business cases through launch, metrics, and change management.

- Develop product vision, strategy, roadmap, business cases, and ROI models informed by customer and market research.
- Define and track product success metrics, including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery, timelines, change management, and compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
