Defines and delivers foundational Small Business Card customer experiences across self-service and assisted channels, from product discovery through launch and optimization.
What you'll do
- Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap for spend management, permissions and access, and account management.
- Lead customer research and cross-functional delivery, simplifying journeys across channels.
- Set success metrics and use feedback, analytics, experimentation, and operational insights to guide priorities and iteration.
