Owns the strategy and performance of balance transfer offers for existing credit card customers, driving responsible growth and customer outcomes.

- Set balance transfer growth priorities, offer design, pricing, targeting, segmentation, and eligibility.
- Manage business and financial performance and lead a test-and-learn agenda.
- Lead cross-functional execution, stakeholder alignment, and team development while maintaining governance and controls.
