About the job
Build and support accounting, reporting, and control practices for a new property and casualty insurance agency, producing reconciled financial information and clear insights for management and external reporting.
What you'll do
- Coordinate accounting readiness, finance infrastructure, reporting, and controls for the new agency; interpret and document accounting and regulatory guidance.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting materials, validate data and reconciliations, and perform variance and trend analyses.
- Maintain and improve reporting processes, tools, and controls while partnering across finance, risk, compliance, legal, and reporting teams.
