What you'll do
- Set the operating model, service standards, and controls; manage lounge operator performance and resolve operational issues.
- Lead readiness for new lounge launches and oversee reporting, forecasting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Finance and Real Estate on cost, productivity, and space utilization; lead and develop the operations team.
