About the job
Serves as a territory-based sales and consulting partner to Financial Advisors, promoting defined contribution consulting and guiding retirement-plan opportunities from discovery through implementation and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Educate Financial Advisors about the DC Consulting Program and develop engagement across the territory.
- Lead retirement-plan discovery, proposals, presentations, RFP coordination, and opportunities through close.
- Support post-sale implementation, investment monitoring, and client retention; maintain pipeline and sales tracking.

- Experience delivering client presentations; detailed understanding of 401(k) and defined benefit plan service providers.
- Understanding of ERISA, DOL regulations, industry trends, and investment products such as mutual funds, CITs, and separate accounts.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, and AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary); proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
