About the job
Manages PBM client benefit requests and supports plan implementation, testing, claims review, and ongoing client relationships.
What you'll do
- Manage client requirements and benefit, eligibility, and override requests through implementation, go-live, and renewal.
- Lead implementation quality assurance and testing, review claims for discrepancies, and resolve sponsor and member issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on plan documentation, configuration inquiries, and client operations.

$100,400 — $125,500 USD (base salary); $92,000 — $115,000 USD (base salary); $83,600 — $104,500 USD (base salary)
