About the job
Supports the accuracy and operation of JUDI Rx’s client data exchanges, including pharmacy benefit feeds, claims activities, integrations, and data quality troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Develop, validate, monitor, and troubleshoot outbound eligibility, claims, formulary, and network data feeds and connectivity.
- Support manual claims processing, historical data loads, audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate on client onboarding and data requests; document workflows and recommend process improvements.
