Supports engineering teams in improving platform reliability by defining customer-focused metrics, building monitoring and alerting, and enabling adoption of SRE practices.
What you'll do
- Help teams identify customer-facing metrics and build monitoring and alerting around them.
- Write Terraform modules to onboard teams to the monitoring and alerting platform.
- Promote SRE practices and participate in Agile/Scrum planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
