Supports U.S. HR and Talent Development operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and early-career and professional development programs.
What you'll do
- Coordinate onboarding and improve the new-hire experience; serve as a first point of contact for new-hire questions.
- Administer HR processes such as organizational changes, employment verifications, relocations, performance reviews, and terminations.
- Manage logistics for intern, new-grad, and leadership development programs, including scheduling, communications, materials, feedback, and evaluation.
