Own lab-partner certifications and related implementation processes, troubleshoot data issues, and automate repetitive workflows so customer accounts go live faster.
What you'll do
- Manage lab certifications end-to-end, including test plans, test cases, status tracking, and partner coordination.
- Write and ship scripts or other automations, and investigate backend, database, and API issues affecting data delivery.
- Coordinate partner processes such as lab account setup and pricing requests, and maintain customer and sales documentation.
