What you'll do
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Tax to make implementation support growth and customer outcomes.
- Build scalable processes, automation, systems, and metrics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational capacity.
- Lead payroll operations and team development; oversee payroll processing, tax filings, governance, and regulatory compliance.
