What you'll do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop customer-centric implementation frameworks and support growth channels.
- Transform operations through automation, scalable processes, systems, and metrics that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
- Lead payroll operations teams and oversee payroll processing, tax filings, regulatory compliance, controls, and audits.
