What you'll do
- Lead engineering-wide programs by coordinating timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and outcomes, and removing blockers.
- Design learning, onboarding, and emerging-technology enablement programs; coordinate engineering forums and rituals.
- Improve processes and reporting, and support engineering talent initiatives and the Development phase of the PDLC.
