What you'll do
- Own the Payroll annual plan, including revenue, expansion, and margin commitments, pricing, packaging, and the path to gross-margin break-even.
- Direct Payroll initiatives across Marketing, Technology, Operations, Product, Finance, Revenue, and Risk & Insurance.
- Represent Payroll in leadership forums and build operating systems that align teams around business outcomes.
