About the job
Leads product strategy and teams building the shared product foundations that connect Justworks’ core product, communications, and reporting and analytics experiences.
What you'll do
- Own product vision and roadmaps, translate company objectives into team goals and OKRs, and oversee delivery of high-quality products.
- Lead customer-focused development, analyze performance and feedback, and plan iterative improvements aligned with business goals.
- Coach direct reports and cross-functional teams, and partner across domains to support shared infrastructure and technical roadmaps.
