What you'll do
- Manage and develop the People Systems team; set priorities and oversee delivery and operational excellence.
- Own Workday architecture, configuration, governance, integrations, module rollouts, release planning, and the broader People Systems roadmap.
- Partner across the business to improve processes, use data and AI-enabled tools, and deliver scalable employee and manager experiences.
