Manages projects and process improvements for Justworks’ 401(k) MEP and benefits billing operations, including compliance, audits, reconciliation, onboarding, and automation.
What you'll do
- Manage 401(k) MEP and benefits billing projects, including audits, nondiscrimination testing, year-end processes, documentation, and onboarding.
- Analyze operations and data to identify risks, improve procedures, and implement process and reconciliation automation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, oversee related customer communications, and support regulatory compliance.
