Supports and improves Justworks’ Workday HCM and People Systems through configuration, projects, audits, user support, and AI-driven initiatives.
What you'll do
- Support Workday projects, upgrades, enhancements, and small-to-medium system changes by gathering requirements, testing, and implementing solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance through audits; troubleshoot process issues and recommend improvements.
- Train users and stakeholders, and lead Workday AI transformation initiatives with HR, IT, and business partners.
