About the job
Own and improve Justworks’ Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking systems, supporting payroll operations, projects, reporting, integrations, security, and employee users.
What you'll do
- Configure, maintain, and provide day-to-day support for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Lead PATT projects and Workday release testing; support payroll cycles and related integrations.
- Build reports and audits, administer security, resolve escalations, and document and train users on system processes.
What they ask for
- Hands-on Workday configuration experience with deep knowledge of at least two of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking, and working knowledge of the third.
- Experience through at least one full Workday implementation or major module deployment.
- Proficiency with Workday calculated fields, advanced reporting, and EIBs; experience with business process framework configuration and role-based security administration.
- Working knowledge of HR processes and employment law relevant to pay and time, including multi-state wage and hour, FLSA and overtime calculation, and leave laws.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a PEO or a multi-entity, multi-country, multi-state payroll/absence environment.
Pay
USD 136,500 to USD 175,000 per year (base wage)
