What you'll do
- Own CI/CD infrastructure and maintain the Backstage developer portal, including service catalog, templates, and TechDocs integration.
- Build internal tooling and self-service golden paths, and automate security and compliance workflows.
- Roll out AI-assisted coding tools with organizational guardrails and measure developer experience improvements.
