Leads a new AI Enablement team that owns Justworks’ employee AI platform, builds production AI agents and automation, and helps employees develop and deploy reliable applications.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, hire, and develop engineers while setting technical direction, priorities, and engineering practices.
- Oversee the Claude and Cowork employee AI platform, including integrations, security controls, and ongoing reliability.
- Build and deploy AI agents and automation, and establish tools, standards, and learning resources for employee-built applications.
