About the job
Leads Justworks’ Data Governance team and programs to establish standards, certify and document analytics assets, and build trust and self-service analytics across the business.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop the Data Governance team while setting priorities and overseeing delivery.
- Build and run governance programs, including metadata standards, asset certification, data quality observability, glossary maintenance, and model conformance.
- Own the Atlan data catalog, drive stakeholder adoption, and use AI to automate and scale governance work.
