Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Automation & AI

What you'll do

• Direct demand operations, lifecycle orchestration, campaign activation, and marketing operations strategy and delivery.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents, including governance, customer context, and operational monitoring.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team and coordinate capability planning with Marketing, GTM Engineering, and other functions.

What they ask for

• 8+ years in growth operations, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, revenue operations, or a related function, including team leadership or significant cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, and marketing execution.
• Production experience building and deploying AI-powered automation or intelligent workflows with measurable business value.
• Technical fluency across CRM, marketing automation, customer data, and workflow orchestration platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Experience with multi-product businesses and self-service, hybrid, and sales-assisted customer journeys.

Pay

$166,000.00 - $214,000.00 per year (base salary; targeted range)
