Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance and Licensing

What you'll do

• Lead priorities, operating practices, performance, and team development across Regulatory Compliance and Licensing Operations.
• Oversee licensing, certifications, accreditations, reporting, filings, examinations, and agency correspondence; maintain readiness and follow through on remediation.
• Lead regulatory change management and partner across business functions to translate requirements into sustainable processes, controls, and product or operational changes.

What they ask for

• 10+ years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, tax compliance or research, compliance operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading teams responsible for complex regulatory or compliance obligations.
• Experience leading regulatory compliance programs in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience translating complex requirements into operational processes, controls, and clear ownership; strengthening or scaling compliance operations; and working with regulators, auditors, Legal, and cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in PEO, payroll, HR technology, fintech, SaaS, or another regulated technology-enabled environment; or with CPEO certification, ESAC accreditation, or state PEO licensing.
• Experience in regulatory change management or compliance-function improvements; familiarity with internal audit, SOX, SOC, or other control frameworks; or use of technology, automation, or AI to improve compliance operations.

Pay

USD 137,000.00 to USD 177,000.00 per year (base wage)
