Leads Justworks’ Regulatory Compliance and Licensing Operations, strengthening the team, controls, and processes that support regulatory obligations and change.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop Regulatory Compliance and Licensing Operations teams, setting priorities, ownership, and performance expectations.
- Oversee execution and readiness for licensing, certification, accreditation, reporting, filings, examinations, and agency correspondence.
- Improve compliance controls and processes, manage regulatory change and risks, and coordinate with cross-functional partners.

- 5+ years of people leadership, including teams responsible for complex regulatory or compliance obligations.

Pay
USD 147,000.00 - 190,000.00 per year (base salary)
