What you'll do
- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning, organizational and resource planning, and the division’s operating cadence.
- Develop performance metrics and reporting, analyze organizational and execution risks, and provide leadership with recommendations and decision materials.
- Drive cross-functional operational initiatives and organizational change to improve Technology’s operating model, alignment, and execution.
