Own and deliver backend engineering projects that improve Justworks’ high-volume systems, customer experience, reliability, and security.
What you'll do
- Lead large-scale projects from discovery through launch and collaborate across functions to solve customer challenges.
- Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing systems and expand fault-tolerant processing infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing while enhancing testing, monitoring, and deployment infrastructure.
