Leads avionics and electro-mechanical production work centers, delivering tested and accepted flight hardware to spacecraft integration while scaling production and developing the team.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop supervisors, leads, and technicians across avionics, electro-mechanical assembly, harness fabrication, PCBA rework, and acceptance testing.
- Own production schedules, safety, quality, throughput, and delivery of flight hardware; remove constraints and improve yield, cycle time, and labor efficiency.
- Establish production metrics and traceability, and partner with engineering and other teams to resolve issues and influence design and test decisions.

Pay
$150,000 - $190,000 USD base salary
