About the job

Design and develop high-performance RF and millimeter-wave integrated circuits for satellite communications, owning designs from architecture through characterization and product integration.

What you'll do

  • Design PAs, LNAs, and RF switches in GaAs and GaN; optimize performance through simulation, layout, and characterization.
  • Own MMIC development from architecture and technology selection through tapeout and measured hardware validation.
  • Develop test plans, correlate measured results with simulations, and coordinate system-level integration with related teams.

What they ask for

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years designing RF/millimeter-wave MMICs in GaAs and/or GaN technologies.
  • Design experience with PAs, LNAs, and/or RF switches, with deep expertise in at least one area.
  • Experience with RF/MMIC design environments, hands-on RF/mmWave characterization, and taking designs through tapeout and measured hardware validation.

Nice to have

  • Wideband RF/mmWave design; PA experience spanning high efficiency, high linearity, and broadband operation.
  • Ka-band or higher design, MMIC packaging or module integration, and applications such as phased arrays, satellite communications, or aerospace.
