About the job
Partners with leaders to plan hiring and recruit, assess, and close candidates across K2 Space’s functional areas.
What you'll do
- Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Source, attract, screen, and close candidates, including through relationships with universities, labs, trade schools, and talent niches.
- Refine interview processes and collaborate with executives on candidate-closing strategies.

- Experience recruiting for electrical, mechanical, and/or software engineering roles.
