Develops and improves work packages for reactor construction and integration, establishing readiness, supporting technicians in the field, and applying lessons learned to future work.
What you'll do
- Translate engineering requirements, drawings, safety controls, and quality criteria into executable work instructions and travelers; establish Clear to Build readiness.
- Work alongside technicians, perform hands-on assembly activities, document field conditions and lessons, and troubleshoot build issues.
- Use approved AI tools and workflows to retrieve and review requirements, capture observations, and improve execution; maintain traceability and support schedules and continuous improvement.
