Own customer deployments of Kastle’s AI agents at financial institutions, from scoping and customization through production adoption, while shaping customer AI roadmaps and product improvements.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end deployments, including requirements, agent customization, success metrics, roadmaps, and production adoption.
- Advise financial-institution executives on AI deployment and lead discussions on compliance, operations, integrations, and borrower experience.
- Monitor account health, drive retention and expansion, and turn customer feedback into product improvements.
