What you'll do
- Build and scale the deployments team; lead delivery and customer go-lives across financial institutions.
- Create reusable deployment playbooks and integrations, and partner with risk, compliance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Set deployment models, pricing, capacity, and metrics; translate customer needs into product requirements.
